Land buyers don't miss the opportunity to purchase this real estate, which lies along Hwy., 64, west of Alva,
Oklahoma. The cropland will be sprayed for weed control in mid to late July in order to prepare for fall seeding. The two tracts
together contain 132.5 acres of cropland and carries a base of 130.1 acres with a direct yield of 27 bushel. This farm is enrolled
